SELECTION
PROCESS
These are the main stages of our selection process. These stages may change depending on the type of position advertised, however we will always communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process:
Step 1
Receiving Applications
We preselect the applicants which fit the job profile. We will contact you via phone or email to verify the essential requirements.
Step 2
Identifying your strengths
We’ll carry out tests such as psychometric tests and group dynamics to identify your skills and strengths.
Step 3
Getting to know you... and getting to know us
Our Human Resources team will carry out an interview with you (either in person or online) to explore your experience, skills, values and goals. This is the time to ask any questions you might have for us.
Step 4
Meeting your manager
The person you will be directly responsible to will carry out the final interview to get to know you better and further explain the job offer.
Step 5
Your references
We will contact a minimum of 2 of your references, from both your current and last jobs.

We’ll contact you to let you know that you’re our chosen candidate and arrange your start date. The HR Administration team will be in touch to send you your contract. Then there’s nothing left to say but welcome to the team!.
